Prosecco Italian Restaurant and Jazz Bar on Route 332 formally opened with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Farmington Chamber of Commerce on October 9, 2011.
The fully renovated restaurant offers a genuine Italian atmosphere and menu reminiscent of Old Italy say the four co-owners: Brothers Fausto and Massimo Albano, and Restauranteurs Giovanni Castelli and Luca Isopi. It’s like bringing their homeland to Farmington.
The owners are happy to inform guests that the liquor license has been obtained, and that they have increased the size of the dinner menu incorporating traditional favorites with some dazzling entrees created by Chef Gio. The owners have also completed the outdoor patio on the south side of the building and built a 4-season atrium on the north side of the building. This will house more seating and act as a private party room for up to 30 people.
We would like to thank the Finger Lakes community and the Farmington Administrators, Chamber of Commerce and public for the warm welcome and support.
